chore(Mixins): modern :not() and math.max() (#828)

`visually-hidden-focusable()` still chained `:not(:focus):not(:focus-within)`.
The helper class next to it already writes `:not(:focus, :focus-within)`
directly, so the compiled CSS was never affected — the old form only reached
consumers calling the mixin themselves.

`valid-radius()` called the global `max()`. Sass is retiring the global
built-ins in favour of `math.max()`, and the docs engine silences that
deprecation for the whole library, so the warning was invisible here.

Neither changes a byte of output.
