docs(Tables): restore the sixteen demos lost in the Astro migration (#818)

Hugo had a `{{< table class="…" >}}` shortcode that rendered a demo table
from a shared partial and printed an abbreviated snippet under it. The
Astro engine has no equivalent, so the migration dropped every call and
kept the prose around it. Seven sections have been describing a table
nobody could see, and three of them end on a colon with nothing after it:
"These classes can also be added to table variants:", "These hoverable rows
can also be combined with the striped rows variant:", "Border color
utilities can be added to change colors:".

`<Example>` already takes the rendered demo and the shown source as
separate props, so the shortcode's behaviour comes back without touching
the engine: the full table renders, the snippet stays at one line plus
`...`. The rows live in one `export const` the way they lived in one Hugo
partial, so a demo costs a line rather than a screenful.

Overview, striped rows, striped columns and their four variant
combinations, hoverable rows and the striped-hover pair, bordered, bordered
with a border colour utility, borderless, and small — sixteen, matching
what was there before.
