docs(Reboot, Typography): document the iframe reset, nested quotes and the font scale (#817)

Reboot pins every `<iframe>` to `color-scheme: light dark` and removes its
border, and nothing said so. The rule exists because a browser paints an
opaque canvas behind a frame whose colour scheme differs from the page —
a white box on a dark page — and an embedded document cannot see
`data-coreui-theme`, so it has to be pinned to the system preference like
the embed is. The section shows all three cases and says what to do about a
light-only third-party embed, which no stylesheet of ours can fix.

The CSS variables section listed the variables without showing one being
consumed; the `<body>` rules and an inline override make the point in two
lines.

Blockquotes gain the nested example, which is also the case where the new
`--cui-blockquote-gap` is doing visible work, and "Responsive font sizes"
now points at the `--cui-font-size-*` scale and the utilities that expose
it, instead of stopping at the sentence about `clamp()`.

Drop the empty `type-variables` block from `_config.scss` and the
`<ScssDocs>` that cited it: the variables moved out long ago and the page
has been rendering an empty code block ever since.
