fix(Blockquote): make the source line readable and put the spacing on tokens (#813)

`.blockquote-footer` was painted with `--cui-gray-600`, one fixed value for
both colour modes: 4.15:1 on the light background and 3.65:1 on the dark
one, against a 4.5:1 minimum. `--cui-secondary-color` is defined per mode
and measures 5.07:1 and 6.38:1.

Lay the quote out with flex and a `--cui-blockquote-gap` instead of relying
on each child's bottom margin and cancelling the last one. The gap defaults
to the paragraph margin it replaces, so multi-paragraph quotes render
unchanged while the spacing becomes settable.

Drop the negative margin the footer used to pull itself under the quote: a
quote followed by a footer now zeroes its own bottom margin. The two
spacings stop being tied to one value that had to be cancelled, and the
footer gets its own tokens, which it needs anyway — it is a sibling of the
quote, so nothing declared on `.blockquote` ever reached it.
