feat(lua): allow plugins to approve messages as ham (#446)

* feat(lua): allow plugins to approve messages as ham

preserve the existing Go plugin API while adding result-aware checks. Lua approval clears soft Detector.Check verdicts and keeps hard-return checks unchanged.

* fix(lua): build approver names in a fresh slice

luaApprovalResponse reused the caller's backing array via names[:0],
overwriting luaApprovers in Detector.Check.

* test(lua): pin reload reaching held result checks

a captured *lua.LFunction would leave a held ResultCheck on the version
loaded first, including its approval bit. verified failing against that
shape before the guard was added.

* chore: add revmux review profile, ignore its round archive

* fix(lua): correct approval examples and graduation docs
