feat: extend paste so non-file clipboard content becomes a file

- Added JSON, TSV→CSV, HTML, Markdown, SVG, and plain-text classification in [clipboard.rs (line 117)](src/explorer/clipboard.rs:117).

- Added collision-safe artifact creation and immediate inline rename in [file_commands.rs (line 305)](src/explorer/file_commands.rs:305).

- Added concurrent multiline URL batch downloads.

- Extended GPUI with native HTML/Markdown representations across Windows, macOS, X11, and Wayland in [platform.rs (line 1636)](vendor/gpui/src/platform.rs:1636).

- Added Windows CF_HTML extraction and generation.

- Added classifier, collision, download-batch, Paste availability, and focused-rename coverage.
