feat: pasting a valid file URL will download it

- Accepts single HTTP/HTTPS file URLs with extensions.

- Streams downloads into the current directory without buffering the whole file.

- Runs concurrent downloads with stacked progress rows.

- Shows determinate progress with Content-Length, otherwise indeterminate progress.

- Uses safe temporary files and collision names such as file (2).zip.

- Reports completion and failures through the existing info/error banner.

- Cleans up partial files after failures.
