Fix error message ownership

Keep formatted errors under the shared error object while replacing only the previous message, preserving talloc memory-limit accounting and unrelated children. Clarify borrowed and copied message lifetimes, make allocation failures return NULL safely, and cover repeated errors, recovery, and bound-context teardown.
