feat: arc() curved motion paths via transition.path (#472)

All GSAP plugins (MorphSVG, SplitText, Physics2D, Inertia, …) have been free
for commercial use since GSAP 3.13 (Webflow, May 2025). Reframe the contrast
as MIT open source vs free-but-proprietary GreenSock Standard License, and
tighten a few other rows (spring ease, Draggable + Inertia, plugin ecosystem).

* feat(arc): export arc() curved motion paths with docs, demos, and tests

Expose upstream Motion 13's arc() path factory so transition.path curves
x/y keyframe animations, layout/layoutId FLIP transitions, and animate()
calls along a quadratic arc with optional tangent-following rotation.

- Re-export arc, ArcOptions, PathInterpolator, PathState, Point2D from
  motion-dom; the MotionPath type is exported as MotionPathDefinition
  because MotionPath is already the motion.path component export
- Unit spec pins the container integration (bulge, pathRotation
  composition, additive user rotate, exact settle)
- Test routes /tests/arc/{keyframes,layout} + Playwright e2e
- Docs page /docs/arc, example page /examples/arc with three demos,
  nav + index entries, api-reference and layout-animations cross-links
- Compare-page rows, README bullet, minor changeset
