Tighten README: aliased examples, zero-copy binaries, FDB links (#150)

Follow-up to #147, three small improvements:

- **Aliased examples.** The transaction example now opens with `alias
MyApp.Repo`, so the body reads as `Repo.get`/`Repo.put` — matching how
the livebook and real applications actually read.
- **Zero-copy binaries.** The "Pure BEAM" paragraph now explains a real
design point: large binaries are shared between processes by reference,
and keys/values/encoded transactions stay binaries through the hot path
(commit proxy → log → shard streams), which is naturally multi-core and
cache friendly.
- **FoundationDB links.** The FDB paragraph links to the [architecture
overview](https://apple.github.io/foundationdb/architecture.html), the
[read/write
path](https://apple.github.io/foundationdb/kv-architecture.html), and
the [SIGMOD '21 paper](https://www.foundationdb.org/files/fdb-paper.pdf)
(all verified live), pointing at Bedrock's own deep dives for where the
designs diverge.

On link-vs-localize for the FDB docs: this PR takes the *link* route.
Localizing their architecture docs would be a real project (fdbserver
roles, ratekeeper, and data distribution don't map 1:1 onto
Demux/materializers) and would drift stale — the deep-dives directory
already is the localized version. We can revisit importing specific
pieces if a gap shows up.
