Document boundary components in the README

The README now shows the two constructor options and the order that
each boundary takes: begin starts first and stops last, end starts
last and stops first. The doc comments on WithBeginComponents and
WithEndComponents still stated the superseded positional model, which
inverts the quiesce and stop passes, so they now state the same order
that ADR-009 and the level walk implement.
