Copy what varies within a group, not what its heading already says

A group's heading names the thing every pull request in it has in common,
so listing that thing again on every line says nothing. Under a repository
heading it said everything: six pull requests on one repository all
rendered as the same line, and deduplicating collapsed them to one.

Each line now carries what differs instead. Under a dependency that is the
repositories waiting on it, which is what it always was; under a repository
it is the dependencies, so six pull requests are six lines; and under an
owner or an update type, where both vary, it is both.

A group pull request is named by the group Renovate gave it, falling back
to its packages, and a pull request nothing could be parsed out of falls
back to its title, so a line is never blank.

Nothing is deduplicated any more either. Two lines can now read the same,
which is better than a list that quietly accounts for fewer pull requests
than the header counts.
