Added input parm 'expand_nics' to the 'zhmc_partition' module (#1372)

Details:

* Added a new input parameter 'expand_nics' to the 'zhmc_partition' module
  that controls whether the 'partition.nics' property with the NICs of
  the partition is present in the return value. For compatibility reasons,
  the default for the 'expand_nics' parameter is true.

* When the new input parameter 'expand_nics' of the 'zhmc_partition' module
  is not specified or specified as null, the parameter will be treated as
  true in order to provide backwards compatibility.
  In a future release, we intend to change the default for this parameter to
  false, for consistency with other expansion control parameters.
  In order to prepare for that, it is recommended already now to specify this
  parameter as true or false depending on whether the additional data is
  needed.
  To foster the explicit specification of the parameter, an Ansible
  deprecation warning will be issued when the parameter is not specified (or
  specified as null).
