Support for new NIC properties in z17: type, prom.mode, part.link (#1417)

Details:

* Changed the 'type' input property of the zhmc_nic module to be
  specifiable when creating a NIC. It is not updateable. This
  is a new feature of HMC 2.17.

* Added the 'promiscous_mode' input property of the zhmc_nic module.
  It is creatable and updateable. New feature of HMC 2.17.

* Added the 'parition-link-name' artificial property in the
  result of the zhmc_nic module. New feature of HMC 2.17.
