fix: default invoice accounts to canGoIntoDebt on creation

The invoice-account creation dialog hides the canGoIntoDebt checkbox
for USER_TYPES.INVOICE, so new accounts fell back to the form
schema's default of false and could never go negative. Set it to
true explicitly for this pre-typed flow.
