Tag the README code fences (v0.3.10) (#13)

Eighteen of the nineteen code blocks in README.md were untagged and so
rendered without syntax highlighting, while examples/README.md and
examples/README.ko.md have tagged theirs since they were written.

Seventeen blocks are shell commands and take 'bash'. The block showing
the contents of a '.env' file takes 'ini', since it is file content
rather than commands. The Python snippet was already tagged.

The diff is eighteen fence lines and nothing else: no text inside any
block changed.
