Add zlib to conda recipe host deps for -lz link

meson.build unconditionally passes -lz to the linker. The unversioned
libz.so symlink needed for that comes from conda-forge's zlib
package, not from libzlib (the runtime-only package that was already
pulled in transitively). Without it, linking pyPamtraLib.so fails
with "cannot find -lz" on Linux.
