Refactor context path handling across core and web modules

- Replaced `StringUtils.emptyToNull` with `StringUtils.nullToEmpty` for consistent context path normalization.
- Added overloaded `WebActivity` constructor to simplify initialization.
- Removed unused `getReverseContextPath` method from `CoreActivity`.
