fix(prompts): name the adversarial agent for its lens, not its binary

comprehensive, focused and final called that agent `codex` while claude-only
and codex-only already called the same single-lens agent `adversarial`. The
name also contradicted the executor-and-lens-are-orthogonal rule: change that
entry's model to claude, which the rule says is one word, and the agent is
still called codex.

grill-me and expert keep runner-based names. There the agents carry identical
lens sets, so the binary or model is the only thing that distinguishes them.
CLAUDE.md now states the naming rule and both exemptions.

17 archived rounds carry `codex` as a source name and revmux prunes nothing,
so revmux stats splits it from `adversarial` until an explicit cleanup. Self
mode is unaffected: it aggregates by lens.
