Cover the enhanced-scan body, magick probe, and NAMA prompt pieces

Coveralls flagged 8 uncovered lines: enhanced_scan's real body and
magick_binary's probe were always stubbed in tests, and Nama#layout /
#field_rules were never invoked. The new tests run the conversion
path against a stubbed capture3 (success and failure), run the real
binary probe and pin its memoization, and assert every registered
template's prompt pieces -- with the NAMA slip's distinctive
features pinned so a copy-paste from Dbg can't silently describe
the wrong form.
