Contrast-enhanced QR retry for gray-printed slips

The NAMA 2026 template prints in light gray, and gray QR modules
fall below zbarimg's binarization threshold -- it reads the slip as
blank paper (image 2070366 missed at every size; the sticker areas
were innocent). When every raw pass comes up empty, one more scan
runs on the huge copy, grayscale contrast-stretched and doubled,
which decodes these slips. Huge only: stretching a full-size
original costs seconds per image, and the scan runs inline in
observation create on photos that mostly hold no QR at all.
