* feat: raise unit coverage to 96% and add Gold-tier user docs

Add config flow tests for reconfigure, stale-device repair, and discovery. Add DATA_UPDATE, EXAMPLES, LIMITATIONS, SUPPORTED_DEVICES, ENTITIES, and USE_CASES guides. Mark quality_scale test-coverage and Gold doc rules done.

* fix: address Bugbot review on docs accuracy and repair flow guards

Correct tiered polling docs, fix away-mode scan interval guidance, guard stale-device repair when runtime_data is missing, and assert reconfigure failures do not persist credentials.
