chore(docs): bump @coreui/astro-docs to 0.1.6 (#738)

The pin had been on 0.1.2 since July while the engine moved four releases, and
this repo builds the live coreui.io/bootstrap/docs. It picks up the chart tooltip
styles, the `DeprecatedIn` badge, the table-of-contents toggle staying hidden at
desktop widths, and the table of contents switching shape at the breakpoint the
layout does instead of 200px earlier.

The React and Vue docs move to the same version in the same round, so the three
editions share one chrome again.

`npm ci` accepts the lock and `docs-build` stays at 133 pages, no errors.
