Fix locale-mismatched assertion in the empty rooms list test

The app's default_locale is "es" (lib/livedj_web/gettext.ex) and every
request renders in Spanish since there's no locale-switching plug, but
this test asserted the untranslated English string "No rooms yet".
It only ever passed by luck when other tests in the file assert
strings ("Featured") that happen to have empty Spanish translations
and fall back to English. "No rooms yet" has a real translation
("No hay salas"), so the assertion always failed.
