misc.sc_info: name the rest of the righ tags

Measured against a private archive of 1935 purchased applications, 3401
bundles, each checked against its own iTunesMetadata.plist.

Two tags are now certain, agreeing in all 3385 bundles that carry
metadata, with both sides varying together:

  veID is vendorId, the seller, over 138 distinct values.
  song is itemId, the store item, over 187 distinct values.

Three corrections. aver is not the application version: it is 0x01010100
in every bundle, across 187 applications and hundreds of releases, and is
what the metadata calls versionRestrictions. plat is not the platform:
every sample is an iOS application yet plat is 2, 5, or 0, it is constant
within a download, and it tracks the SDK era rather than the device or
the architecture. The .supp records are not one per release: there is one
per 4096-byte page of the executable, from the file start through the end
of the encrypted region, exact for all 647 single-architecture binaries
and 2109 of 2226 fat ones. The .supf header's second word sizes the same
table, 32 * (pages + 1), exact in all 2562 bundles carrying one.

crdt appears from tool P512 onward and agrees with tran to the second,
which is what establishes tran as a timestamp rather than an identifier.
The key index follows the tool generation, not the title.

medi and mode are named by convention only: both are constant here, so
the metadata fields they match cannot discriminate. Each docstring says
what was counted so a later sample can contradict it.
