fix(build): keep node:sqlite out of the compiled binary's module graph (#2494)

Bun standalone executables (bun build --compile) do not embed the
node:sqlite builtin, and a statically resolvable reference anywhere in
the bundle makes the binary abort at startup with "No such built-in
module: node:sqlite" — even though sqlite-compat.ts only loads the Node
backend under Node. This broke the Build Binary smoke job on every dev
push since the Vitest + node:sqlite migration landed.

Import node:sqlite via a computed specifier ('node:' + 'sqlite') inside
the lazily-imported sqlite-node.ts, which Bun's bundler cannot fold, so
the reference stays runtime-only. Types are preserved through an erased
type-only namespace import plus same-named type aliases, keeping the
class-import type surface (instance types, ConstructorParameters)
identical for consumers.

Verified: typecheck/lint clean, 2661 storage+sqlite unit tests pass
under Vitest/Node, and the compiled darwin-x64 binary now boots past
database init (previously died instantly with the module error).
