feat(daemon): delivery observability + standardized logging (#2492)

Logging standardization:
- Timestamps are now on by default (ISO-8601 leading every line);
  disable via configureLogger({ timestamps: false }).
- Rename the legacy `kai:` logger namespace prefix to `hyperneo:`
  across daemon, shared, and web (kai:daemon → hyperneo:daemon,
  kai:messagehub → hyperneo:messagehub, etc.). Persisted localStorage
  keys (kai:session-last-seen & friends) are data, not logs, and are
  intentionally unchanged.

Delivery-turn instrumentation (orphan/starvation diagnostics for the
0-message startup-timeout class):
- Log SDK subprocess spawn with pid/session/resume/model so a silent
  timeout can be matched to the exact process.
- Log the message-generator yield (delivery-feed) — proves whether the
  kickoff actually reached the CLI stdin.
- Enrich the startup-timeout error with queue state and tracked PIDs,
  distinguishing "feed never happened" from "fed but CLI silent".
- driveDeliveryTurn: entry snapshot (queue state + tracked PIDs),
  ensureQueryStarted result + duration, kickoff-consumed elapsed, and
  a warn on sdk_resume_choice park.
- ensureQueryStarted stale-running recovery now reports tracked PIDs
  and queue size when the inconsistent state is detected.
