feat(web): global recording-elsewhere indicator with one-click return (#2486)

* feat(web): global recording-elsewhere indicator with one-click return

PR 5 of the voice-input ladder. Since #2485 a recording survives its
composer's unmount, waiting for a same-session composer to adopt it — but
while the user is viewing a DIFFERENT session it was invisible. A floating
chip (fixed, above the bottom bar; rendered by MainContent outside the keyed
content div so it never remounts) now appears whenever a live or limit-hit
recording belongs to another session (or no session is displayed), and
navigates back to the recording's session on click — where the composer
adopts it and the waveform re-attaches.

Tests: hidden with no recording / same-session recording; shown for another
session and for limit-hit buffered audio; click navigates; shown when no
session displayed. Full web suite green (6853).

* fix(web): space-aware recording chip; raise above the agent overlay

Codex round 1 on #2486 (2 P2):

- P2 (Space sessions misdetected as elsewhere): the displayed-session check now
  accounts for Space session views (currentSpaceSessionIdSignal — a Space view
  leaves currentSessionIdSignal null and keys its ChatContainer by the
  space-session id), and Return routes through navigateToSpaceSession when a
  Space surface is open instead of yanking the user to the generic chat view.
- P2 (overlay covers the chip): the chip is z-50, level with the full-screen
  agent overlay portal, so a recording in the base session stays discoverable
  and returnable while an overlay is open.

* fix(web): overlay-aware chip visibility, space-surface routing, z-60 stacking

Codex round 2 on #2486 (3 P2):

- P2 (overlay hides base recording): the displayed session now prefers an
  open agent overlay's session (spaceOverlaySessionIdSignal) over the base
  Space session — a recording in the covered base session shows the chip, and
  a recording made IN the overlay correctly hides it.
