chore(deps): bump unleash-client to ^6.12.1 (#12535)

## What

Bump `unleash-client` from `^6.11.1` to `^6.12.1`.

## Why

`unleash-client@6.11.1` depends on `re2js@^1.2.2` (resolves to `1.4.x`),
while this package depends on `re2js@2.3.2` directly. The result is
**two major versions of the RE2 engine** resolved and loaded — a heap
snapshot of a live Unleash instance showed the re2js source present
twice (~0.6–1.3 MB of duplicated string + compiled code per process).

`unleash-client@6.12.1` depends on `re2js@^2.3.2`, so this bump dedupes
re2js to a single copy.
