fix(auth): drop refresh token from log metadata, inject client logger into event emitter (#1211)

Addresses two code-review findings from PR #1210:
- SessionManager no longer puts the raw refresh token in logger metadata,
  since it's a reusable credential and any sink could persist it.
- AuthClient now injects its client-scoped logger into
  AuthStateChangeEventEmitter instead of it always falling back to
  supabaseDefaultLogger, so custom log handlers receive auth state-change
  events.
