fix(live-loan-ads): use "Support" title copy and show sector in Item description (#7166)

Item title now reads "Support {firstName}" instead of "Help {firstName}".

Item description now shows the loan sector -- the same value as Item category -- capped to Google's 25-char description limit, replacing the prior "Support {firstName}" text.
