Align examples/spark/README.md with the Spark batch job documentation and examples. Add links to the batch job and lifecycle guides, list the batch job examples, document batch job prerequisites, and point readers to the batch job APIs.

Expand the Interactive Session APIs section with list_sessions, get_session, and get_session_logs for consistency with the Batch Job APIs section, and reword get_job_logs to 'Read driver pod logs' since streaming logs is an optional capability.
