Add HaveLineCount/NotHaveLineCount and ContainLine/NotContainLine to StringAssertions

Adds four new assertion methods to StringAssertions, resolving #3291:
- HaveLineCount / NotHaveLineCount: assert on the number of lines in a
  string, normalizing \\r\n\, \\n\ and \\r\ line endings.
- ContainLine / NotContainLine: assert whether a string contains a
  specific line. ContainLine returns an AndWhichConstraint exposing the
  matched line for further chaining.

Also documents lessons learned from this PR in agents.md (fork-based PR
workflow, the [StackTraceHidden] convention, and a couple of known
build/environment quirks), and fixes a pre-existing gap in the net6.0
API approval baseline (missing BeJsonSerializable entries from #3293).
