feat(web): add canonical /space/:id/evolve route with /forge legacy alias (#2428)

Add /space/:spaceId/evolve as the canonical Evolve route and route all
newly generated navigation through it. The legacy /space/:spaceId/forge
route still resolves (bookmarks/links keep working) and is normalized to
/evolve via a history replacement, mirroring the existing
/tasks/archived -> /tasks/completed precedent.

Add Evolve-named helpers (createSpaceEvolvePath, navigateToSpaceEvolve,
getSpaceEvolveFromPath) and keep the Forge helpers as compatibility
wrappers that delegate to them. Internal callers (App, ContextPanel,
SpaceDetailPanel, TaskAuxiliaryPanel, app-routing) now use the Evolve
helpers; the 'forge' SpaceViewMode value and SpaceForge component are
unchanged. Backend services, Evolution* types, MCP tools, and persisted
forge_scope values are untouched.
