* API cleanup (4/4): remove the verify free-fns from the public API

Final traits-first cleanup. Public verify is now VerifyingKey /
RefVerifyingKey + the RustCrypto PrehashVerifier / DigestVerifier traits;
no free-fns remain in the public API (verified: zero public free fns).
