API cleanup (3): DigestVerifier for RefVerifyingKey (parity) (#35)

VerifyingKey implemented both PrehashVerifier and DigestVerifier, but the
heap / non-Copy RefVerifyingKey carrier only had PrehashVerifier. Add the
DigestVerifier mirror so the verify trait matrix is symmetric: a consumer
on the non-Copy verify path can hash-and-verify through the trait too.

Non-breaking (pure add). Delegates to the carrier's own PrehashVerifier,
same as VerifyingKey's impl. Tested with the RFC 6979 §A.2.5 "sample"
vector on the num-bigint heap carrier.
