crazeydaveRevert "test: add a unit test suite for the Register app, and gate it in CI (#30)" This reverts commit 0758816b0. Reverting the whole of that session's work at the author's request. Removes the Register unit test project, the CI job that gated it, and the refactor that injected IPreferences / IFileSystem / ISecureStorage / IDeviceInfo into ConfigurationService, PrivacyPolicyCache and TemporaryIdGenerator. Note for anyone picking this up later: the reverted commit also carried the solution-file entry for TheBleedingDeacons.Unity.Intergroup.Tests, which had been added to the working tree separately and was swept in. That entry is removed by this revert and will need re-adding. The reverted work is recoverable at 0758816.
