Strip .btn framing from the sequence copy-to-clipboard icon link

Same root cause as the InlineCRUDLinks add-icon fix: Button::Clipboard
defaults to variant: :link (.btn.btn-link), and .btn's baseline nudge
(_icons.scss) outranks .inline-icon-link's own top: 0 correction on
specificity, so the icon sat low. destroy_component already passes
variant: :strip for exactly this reason -- copy_link didn't.
