Fix coveralls gaps, banner toggle spacing, and InlineCRUDLinks add-icon baseline

- icon_sprite_check_test.rb: cover the actual system(...) call in
  fetch_sprite (every existing test stubbed it out).
- vote_interface.rb: tighten context: to a closed Union(:matrix,
  :carousel, :lightbox) -- the only values any real caller ever
  passes -- and delete the now-provably-dead "vote-section-inline"
  else branch instead of writing a test for a value nothing sends.
- top_nav.rb: add mr-0 to the show-banner toggle button.
- inline_crud_links.rb: add_component now renders through Link
  instead of Components::Button(type: :modal, variant: :strip) --
  the variant: :strip framing was landing .btn/.btn-link on the
  rendered anchor anyway, picking up the .btn baseline nudge and
  sitting the icon below the surrounding text.
