fix(divider): fix zero-height vertical divider in flex/grid containers (#6592)

* fix(divider): fix zero-height vertical divider in flex/grid containers

block-size: 100% on :host([vertical]) disabled align-self: stretch and
resolved to 0 against an indefinite parent height. Use explicit
align-self: stretch instead, which works in flex rows and
grid-auto-flow: column contexts.

* chore: add changeset for divider vertical zero-height fix

* docs(divider): remove explicit height from vertical divider examples

Vertical divider examples and VRTs relied on an explicit block-size to
render visibly; now that align-self: stretch handles sizing in flex/grid
contexts, drop the explicit heights to validate the fix works without them.

* docs(divider): smooth vertical divider stretch wording
