docs: add an Amplitude/FreQuency unpacking-flow and API guide

Add a user-guide page describing the shared Harmonix unpack pipeline: the mount
step, the per-ARK extract-then-convert stages in their fixed order, and the
bounded container hierarchy (ISO -> ARK -> Milo scene -> leaf assets; sample
banks and disc audio). Include the developer-API usage: the async `unpack`
coroutine and the `async for` carve-out iteration with a core/wrapper split for
exception handling.
