docs: hide constant values in the API docs with :meta hide-value:

Add `:meta hide-value:` to the docstrings of 96 documented data constants
across the package (module-level constants and value-holding class attributes),
so autodoc renders each as its name and docstring without dumping the value —
the twofish `Q0`/`Q1`/MDS/RS tables, the bit192 keys, and the rest. Type
aliases and TypedDict/NamedTuple field members are left as-is.
