refactor(immut): remove the fully deprecated `immut/array` package

Every entry point of `immut/array` was already `#deprecated` in favour of
`immut/vector` — including all five constructors (`new`, `make`, `makei`,
`from_array`, `from_iter`), so the handful of promoted trait methods
(`add`, `compare`, `equal`, `hash`) left in the interface were
unreachable. No `moon.pkg` in the module imported the package.

Drop the package and update the two remaining doc references. `moon info`
produces no `.mbti` diff anywhere else, confirming nothing depended on it.
