docs: note did:cid's DIF-recommended status in the README (#862)

* docs: note did:cid's DIF-recommended status in the README

did:cid was granted DIF-recommended status on 2026-08-03, following a 60-day
formal review that closed on 2026-07-26. The findings document cites Archon
v0.11.0 as the reviewed specification version, and credits the W3C registry
listing, test-suite coverage, and the TypeScript, Python and Rust
implementations.

Adds a badge linking to the findings document, and rewords the opening line
from "a reference implementation of the did:cid method" to "the reference
implementation of did:cid, a DIF-recommended DID method".

Phrasing is deliberately "a DIF-recommended DID method" rather than "one of
three". Three is accurate today — alongside did:webplus and did:webvh — but
dates as more methods are ratified, and a README should not need editing when
that happens.

DIF publishes no official badge and did:webvh, which holds the same status,
carries none, so the shield is self-minted. It links to the findings document
so the claim is one click from verification rather than decorative, and the
prose carries the same claim for readers who discount badges.

* docs: point the did:cid link at the DIF recommended-methods list

The prose link now targets the dif-recommended directory rather than the
findings document. The claim in that sentence is "a DIF-recommended DID
method", and the directory is the canonical list backing it — it shows did:cid
alongside the other recommended methods, which the findings document does not.

The badge still links to the findings document, so the two targets divide
cleanly: the list establishes the status, the findings establish the review
behind it.

* docs: link the phrase "DIF-recommended DID method", not the method name
