refactor(Sass): nest the field components' state rules (#701)

The four field families each wrote their open-state rules flat —
`.autocomplete.show .form-control-group`, then
`.autocomplete.show .form-control-action` — while the rest of the
codebase, and upstream, nest state under the element it belongs to. There
was no reason for it beyond how the files happened to be written; stylelint
sets no nesting limit here.

Nested, a reader gets the whole state in one place: this is the field, and
this is what changes when it opens.

Output is unchanged: 8163 declarations before and after, none added,
removed or altered. 67 changed position, all of them selectors that share
no property with anything they crossed, and the visual suite renders
identically.
