Extend the inherited `name` via `m_copy` instead of redeclaring (#421)

Use the metainfo idiom for specializing an inherited quantity (cf. `Experiment.steps =
Activity.steps.m_copy()` in nomad-FAIR basesections): copy `BaseModelMethod.name` and set
`default='Hubbard'`, inheriting type and description instead of restating them.
