Declare the `'Hubbard'` term name as a quantity default (#421)

Replace the `normalize` fallback with a redeclared `name` quantity carrying
`default='Hubbard'`, following `BaseModelMethod`'s own convention of specializing
inherited quantities in subclasses. The default is virtual: reads return `'Hubbard'`
unless a parser sets a code-specific label, and only explicit values are serialized.
