store static lookup tables in PROGMEM

On AVR (ATmega328P, ATmega2560, ATtiny, etc) put the look-up-tables used 
in the fade and candle effects to the flash memory using PROGMEM. Saves 
about

- 8-bit fadeon LuT:  17 bytes
- 8-bit candle LuT:  16 bytes
- 16-bit fadeon LuT: 66 bytes

                    +99 bytes

which are 4.9% of the total RAM on an ATmega328p (with 2kb of RAM).

On other platforms this is a no-op.
