Clear side content tabs when switching questions (#4251)

Module tabs like Runes or Curves stuck around after moving to a
different question that didn't use them, since the tab list only got
recomputed after running code. Now it resets as soon as the question
changes, in the assessment, grading and question editor workspaces.
