feat: say which object manager service is missing

The object_manager option takes a service id, and the name an entity manager is
configured under is not one: a manager named foo is the service
doctrine.orm.foo_entity_manager. Given the name, Symfony reported being unable to
replace an alias with a definition, which does not hint at what to write instead.

A compiler pass now names the mistake and lists the object managers there are,
mirroring the one already validating the DBAL connection.

The README also covers more than one entity manager, where the mapping has to be
declared under the manager the tokens go to, since Doctrine allows auto_mapping
on only one.
